Fisherman's Catch Chowder

Ingredients

1 fish
60 gr onion
50 gr celery
65 gr pared carrots
7 gr parsley snipped
1 gr leaf rosemary
1 package tomatoes
120 ml dry wine
1 bottle clam juice
3 gr salt
24 gr flour
45 gr butter
80 ml cream

Instructions

Cut cleaned fish into 3 cm pieces. Combine all ingredients except flour, butter and cream in crockpot; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7-8 hours. (On HIGH setting for 3-4 hours.) One hour before serving, combine flour, butter and cream. Stir into fish mixture. Continue to cook until mixture is slightly thickened. 4 servings (about 2 litre s.) Double recipe for 5 litre crockpot.
