Fisherman's Soup
Ingredients
16 ml olive oil
120 gr onion
2 garlic
2 gr fennel seeds
1 gr thyme
1 gr powdered saffron
1 gr salt
1 gr cayenne pepper
575 gr potatoes
210 gr halibut fillet
7 gr parsley
240 gr prepared croutons
4 soup bowls
Instructions
parsley and croutons into the soup, adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper if necessary and ladle into the bowls.
