Five Cup Fruit Salad

Ingredients

11 mandarin oranges
400 gr pineapple chunks
120 ml juice from pineapple
1 1/2 miniature marshmallows
475 ml sour cream
34 gr flaked coconut

Instructions

Grapes/cherries for garnish Combine all ingredients except garnish, and chill several hours or overnight. Serve on lettuce cups garnished with grapes or cherries. Mrs. Robert F. Lewis
