Five Fragrant Spice Pork

Ingredients

130 gr pork
30 ml soy sauce
16 ml sherry
4 gr sugar
1 gr salt
1/2 chinese five-spice powder
3 gr cornstarch
45 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

Cut pork into 2x1-inch strips. In a medium bowl, toss pork strips with soy sauce, sherry, sugar, salt, five-spice pwder, and cornstarch until evenly coated. Let stand 10 minutes. In a wok, heat oil over high heat until smoking. Add pork and stir-fry until done, about 3 or 4 minutes. Prep: 10 minutes Stand: 10 minutes Cook: 3 to 4 minutes
