16 gr dry yeast
95 gr bread flour
32 gr aramanth flour
32 gr wheat flour
32 gr soy flour
40 gr rolled oats
75 gr powdered milk
7 gr salt
38 ml honey
75 gr flax
3/4 sourdough starter
300 ml water
22 ml vegetable oil
