325 gr flour 3 gr salt 5 gr baking soda 14 gr brown sugar 2 eggs 600 ml buttermilk up 30 ml oil
Instructions
Mix together dry ingredients.
Beat 2 eggs, add 2.5 to 3 cup buttermilk (to the eggs) and 2 tablespoons oil Make a whole in the middle of the dry ingrediants and pour the wet in. Try to do as little stirring asd possible. It should be lumpy.
