Focaccia, Provolone
Ingredients
4 garlic
120 ml olive oil
12 gr dry yeast
350 ml warm water
14 gr sugar
3 gr salt
130 gr wheat flour
130 gr semolina flour
90 gr provolone cheese
12 gr oregano
250 gr all purpose flour unbleached
30 ml cooled garlic oil
1/4 at a time until the dough mass forms
14 circle
400 just before baking drizzle the top of the dough with the remaining garlic oil mixture
