1 yeast
14 gr sugar
3 gr salt
240 ml very warm water
16 ml oil

Instructions

318 gr (600 ml) all purpose flour (additional as needed)

1 package yeast (2.25 tsp)

13 gr (15 ml) sugar

3 gr (5 ml) salt

240 gr (240 ml) very warm water (120-130 deg f.)

14 gr (15 ml) oil
