Four-spice Cake

Ingredients

170 gr golden raisins
250 gr cake flour
5 gr baking soda
2 gr nutmeg
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr allspice
1 gr salt
220 gr brown sugar
2 egg whites
240 ml low-fat buttermilk
26 gr sugar
60 ml water
1 ml orange flower water
1 slice orange
1,100 gr fluted tube sprayed with non stick vegetable spray
136 mg sodium
1 mg cholesterol

Instructions

carbohydrates; 3 grams protein; 0.54 gram fiber. ORANGE SYRUP: Combine sugar, water and orange flower water in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Add orange slices and simmer 1 minute.
