Frank-kebabs

Ingredients

1/2 green pepper
12 squares
240 ml boiling water
1/2 onion
12 cherry tomatoes
290 gr potatoes
6 all-meat franks
120 ml barbecue sauce

Instructions

Cook green pepper squares in boiling water for 3 minutes. Thread vegetables and franks onto six 30 cm skewers. Brush with barbecue sauce. Broil, occasionally basting with sauce, until browned. Turn and repeat for the other side, about 15 minutes total cooking time. Calories per serving (1 kebab): About 220
