Fred Mcmurrays' Chocolate Fudge Upside Down C

Ingredients

250 gr sugar
14 gr butter
130 gr flour
1 gr salt
5 gr baking powder
30 gr cocoa
120 ml milk
60 gr walnuts
110 gr brown sugar
350 ml water boiling

Instructions

Cream together sugar and butter. Sift together several times: flour, salt, baking powder, 1- half tbls cocoa, milk, walnuts. Add to sugar and butter, alternately with the milk. Pour into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Mix together: brown sugar, white sugar, 4 tbls cocoa. Spread over top of the cake mixture. Pour 1- half cups boiling water over all. Bake at 190ºC for about 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Turn upside down.
