French Apple Pie 3
Ingredients
350 ml unsweetened applesauce
120 ml honey
40 gr apple brandy
14 gr vanilla extract
3 tart apples
160 gr all-fruit apricot jam
3 gm protein
7 gm fat
57 gm carbo
11 mg sodium
3 gm fiber
1,900 ml saucepan over high heat
950 ml saucepan over high heat
Instructions
sieve. Use a pastry brush to glaze apples with jam. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before slicing. ----
