French Onion Rings

Ingredients

2 onions
240 ml beer
1 gr salt
5 gr baking powder
160 gr flour
16 ml oil
1 egg

Instructions

Slice onions into 1 cm slices. Separate into rings. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, egg, beer and oil. Blend until smooth. Dip onion rings into batter to coat well, fry in hot oil at 375 degrees until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
