French Onion Soup Gratinee

Ingredients

55 gr butter
3 onions
4 gr sugar
8 gr all purpose flour
600 ml water
120 ml wine
2 packages condensed beef broth
1 french bread
120 gr swiss cheese
3,800 ml saucepan over heat in butter
1 slice of bread from loaf
325 oven
4 oven safe bowls
1 bread on

Instructions

7. Place soup bowls in pan for easier handling. Bake in 220ÂșC oven for

10 minutes or just until cheese is melted.
