French Onion Soup With Cheese Gratinee

Ingredients

45 gr butter
16 ml olive oil
375 gr onions
3 gr salt
5 gr flour
1,700 ml beef stock
120 ml dry wine
1 pepper rounds of french bread
65 gr gruyere

Instructions
