Fresh Apple Nut Cake

Ingredients

375 gr flour
400 gr sugar
1 gr salt
1 gr cinnamon
5 gr baking soda
240 ml oil
26 gr vanilla
2 eggs
3 apples
1 pecans

Instructions

Peel apples. Chop apples and pecans. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and then push to the sides to form a hole in the center. Add liquid ingredients and mix in. The mixture will become thick and will need to be mixed with hands. Add apples and nuts. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour. For best results bake in a bundt pan. Randy Rigg
