Fresh Artichokes With Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
4 globe artichokes
240 ml water
20 ml vinegar
2 gr pickling spices
240 ml prepared brown mustard
5/8 italian salad dressng mix
5 ml worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Tip: If desired, the leaves may be removed and arranged on a platter before serving. The fuzzy choke should be removed and the heart of the artichoke cut for serving.
