200 gr sugar 95 gr shortening 1 egg 250 gr flour 5 gr baking soda 5 gr baking powder 1 gr salt 150 gr figs 60 gr walnuts
Instructions
Cream sugar and shortening and add beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients and blend with creamed mixture. Fold in figs and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on greased sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 180ÂșC . for 15 to 20 minutes.
