Fresh Grapefruit Cake

Ingredients

250 gr sifted cake flour
250 gr sugar
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
5 eggs
60 gr squeezed grapefruit
80 ml water
80 ml salad oil
6 gr grapefruit peel
1 ml cream of tartar

Instructions

25-30 minutes. Leave in pans 10 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack to cool.

Frost.
