Fresh Raspberry Crisp

Ingredients

1,000 gr raspberries
65 gr sugar
55 gr margarine
40 gr all purpose flour
75 gr brown sugar
120 gr rolled oats

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Place fruit in the bottom of a 23 cm square baking pan and sprinkle sugar over fruit. In a medium bowl blend together the margarine, flour, brown sugar and oats, until it resembles a coarse meal. Sprinkle over the fruit. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot. VARIATION: May use other berries or fruit of your choice.
