Fried Crab Cakes
Ingredients
260 gr crabmeat
1 egg yolk
5 ml dry mustard
10 ml worcestershire sauce
16 ml mayonnaise
2 gr parsley
1 gr paprika
14 gr melted butter
55 gr butter
1 lemon
Instructions
combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently. Shape into 6 cakes. Heat butter or oil. Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
