Fried Eggplant And Ground Pork

Ingredients

130 gr pork
475 gr eggplant
3 gr garlic
1 chiles
1 soybean condiment see
16 ml fish sauce
16 ml soy sauce
4 gr sugar
2 ml sweet soy sauce
20 basil leaves
45 ml vegetable stock
30 ml olive oil
30 se remove

Instructions
