Fried Pickles

Ingredients

1 egg
3 gr salt
80 ml milk
1 gr black pepper
80 ml worcestershire sauce
3/8 tabasco
250 gr flour
3 gr paprika
8 gr garlic salt
1/4 poultry seasoning
4 gr black pepper

Instructions

Oil for deep frying Klauson Whole Pickles Whip together all ingredients for seasoned egg wash, set aside. Mix ingredients for flour mixture in a shallow dish. Slice pickle 0 cm thick. Dip into flour mix, then egg wash, then flour mix again. Fry until golden brown, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels. Serve with dipping sauce of ranch dressing, ketchup or horseradish sauce.
