6 tomatoes 600 gr italian tomatoes 1 onion 1 celery 475 ml chicken broth 18 gr tomato paste 1 gr basil 1 gr pepper 1 gr salt 120 ml yogurt
Instructions
Cut tomatoes into wedges and place in 1.5-quart saucepan with all ingredients except yogurt. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Strain to remove tomato skins and seeds. Adjust seasonings. Garnish with spoonfuls of yogurt.
