Fruit-stuffed Chicken Legs

Ingredients

6 chicken legs
3/4 bread stuffing mix
45 ml orange juice
22 gr raisins
18 gr apricots
14 gr butter
1 cinnamon
12 gr apricot

Instructions

Combine orange juice, fruits and butter with stuffing mix, blend until stuffing is thoroughly moistened. Carefully work fingers between the skin and meat of each chicken leg to form a pocket. Place stuffing under the skin. Arrange stuffed legs in a 9x9 baking dish, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake uncovered at 190ÂșC or 1 hour. Brush with preserves during the last 10 mins.
