200 gr sugar 2 sticks butter 500 gr flour 8 eggs 1 glass grape jelly 240 ml grape juice 4 gr allspice 16 gr cinnamon 14 gr nutmeg 1 crystallized cherries 475 gr crystallized pineapple 1 mixed fruits
Instructions
Cream sugar and butter well. Add yolks of eggs, one at a time. Add spice, add jelly, and add juice. Add flour plus fruits. Fold in whites of eggs. Will bake in 3 pans 2 hours at 130ºC . Can decorate with nuts and fruits if desired.
