Fruit Cookies
Ingredients
450 gr brown sugar
230 gr lard
2 eggs
120 ml milk
5 gr baking soda
5 gr cinnamon
160 gr raisins
140 gr nuts
Instructions
Knead like bread until stiff enough not to stick to board. Roll thin. Cut and bake. Note: No temperature given. Assume a 220ºC . oven.
