Fruit Curry

Ingredients

240 gr long brown rice
950 ml water
6 gr sea salt
2 onions
60 ml safflower oil
1 slice zucchini
240 gr eggplant
3 slices green apples
2 peaches
85 gr raisins
120 ml apple juice
2 hpg tbs curry powder
30 ml wine vinegar
30 ml lemon juice
2 gr lemon peel
50 gr peanuts
2 slices bananas
3 gr salt
5 ml salt in oil until onions are tender
4 ingredien simmer
3 baking dish
130 gr lamb
6 1/2 apples
180 gr peaches

Instructions

warm water for 1 hour before using them.
