Fruit& Nut Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients

6 pork chops
1/4 te spoon pepper
2 cu s italian seasoned bread
50 gr apple
38 gr cheddar cheese
2 ta lespoons pecans
1/4 te spoon salt
1/8 te spoon apple pie spice
2 ta lespoons melted butter
240 ml orange juice

Instructions

Sprinkle chops with pepper; set aside. Combine 1.5 cups with remaining ingredients except for half cup orange juice. Stuff each chop and coat with remaining bread crumbs. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Place chops in a 13X9X2 inch baking pan and drizzle with remaining orange juice. Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30-35 minutes. Serve immediately.
