Fruit Pudding

Ingredients

170 gr raisins
140 gr suet
240 ml molasses
240 ml milk
3 gr salt
5 ml soda
1 dissolved in
60 ml water
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr allspice
1 flour

Instructions

Combine and mix all the ingredients above, adding the dissolved soda last. Pour into a well-greased mold, cover tightly and steam for 3 hours. Serve with Brown Sugar Pudding Sauce.
