Fruity Pound Cake

Ingredients

4 serv size
2 gr lemon
2 layer-size
180 ml water
60 ml oil
4 eggs
1 pudding frosting
1 gelatin
9 round cake pans

Instructions

Fluffy Pudding Frosting: Pour 1 cup cold milk into medium bowl. Add 1 package (4 serving size) Jello Instant Pudding & Pie Filling, any flavor, and quarter cup powdered sugar. Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed. Spread onto cake at once. Makes about 4 cups or enough for two 8 or 23 cm layers.
