Fudge Pudding Cake
Ingredients
130 gr sifted flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
100 gr sugar
90 gr walnuts
120 ml milk
4 gr vanilla
24 gr melted shortening
32 gr unsweetened chocolate
22 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
170 gr brown sugar
425 ml water
1 whipped cream
Instructions
over batter. Bake at 190ÂșC 40 minutes. As pudding bakes, cake layer forms on top with rich sauce on bottom. Spoon warm pudding cake into dessert dishes and top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
