Fudgy Chocolate Layer Cake

Ingredients

220 gr all purpose flour
5 gr unsweetened cocoa powder less one
6 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
280 gr butter softened
130 gr sugar
150 gr brown sugar firmly packed
2 eggs
18 gr vanilla extract
350 ml buttermilk
1 frosting
300 gr confectioners sugar sifted
95 gr unsweetened chocolate melted
1 chocolate
9 round cake pans with waxed pa per
1 at a time
1 at low speed
30 m inutes
1 prepare frosting

Instructions

Place 1 cake layer on a serving plate; spread with frosting. Top with remaiini ng cake layer. Spread with frosting on top and sides of cake. Let cake stand for at least 30 minutes before sprinkling with chocolate shavings and slicing.
