Garden Turkey & Rice Salad

Ingredients

240 gr brown rice
1 turkey breast
100 gr celery
130 gr carrots
95 gr wheat germ
40 gr green onions
5 gr parsley
6 gr black pepper -l
475 gr fat free italian salad dressing
60 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
