Garden Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

90 gr cabbage
130 gr carrots thinly
130 gr zucchini
260 gr green beans
150 gr corn kernels
65 gr green pepper
60 gr onion
40 gr margarine
700 ml milk
32 gr flour
1 bouilion
1 tomato
2 gr basil
3 gr salt

Instructions

Combine all veggies and margarine in 2 litre micro-safe casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high 9-10 min or until veggies are tender, stirring once. Stir in milk, flour, bouilion, tomato, basil, and salt. Microwave high, uncovered, 9-10 min or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring twice.
