Garlic-roasted Potatoes And Greens

Ingredients

575 gr skinned potatoes
3/4 dice
6 garlic
80 ml extra-virgin olive oil
45 ml wine vinegar
950 ml watercress sprigs
28 gr chives
15 rimmed

Instructions
