Garlic Dill Pickles

Ingredients

14 gr mixed pickling spices
700 ml distilled vinegar
700 ml water
75 gr sugar
50 gr pickling
4 long pickling cucumbers
6 garlic
4 chili
2,800 ml saucepan
2 wide mouth
425 gr canning
2 dill seed heads
2 peppers
1/2 space at th e top
11,400 ml canner filled with boiling water

Instructions

should cover top of jars by an inch); cover canner and process jars 15 minutes. Cool jars; label and store in cool, dark place at least 2 months before serving. Store opened jar of pickles in the refrigerator.
