Garlic Soup

Ingredients

1,400 ml water
4 potatoes
1 carrot
2 celery stalks
1 onion
2 bulbs garlic
1 gr thyme
1 gr cayenne

Instructions

Salt to taste Bring water to a boil. Add vegetables, garlic & spices. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Puree & serve. "Vegetarian Times Cookbook"
