some cheese
12 corn tortillas
120 gr american cheese
1 onion
1 package chili with beef no beans your favorite
1 brand vegetable oil when i was growing up
1 warning
1 just enough vegetable oil to a frying to cover the bottom
1 this recipe calls for american cheese
350 degree oven until the enchiladas are heated through
Instructions
Serve with Mexican rice and refried beans.
