Gazpacho

Ingredients

1 zucchini
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 cucumber
1 tomato
3 garlic
1 gr cumin
1 gr chili powder
20 ml olive oil
12 v
8 tomato juice

Instructions

Finely chop vegetables and garlic ( or run through food processor or blender for 10 seconds ). Add vegetables and spices to juice and refrigerate. THE ANDERSONS' FOOD GARDEN
