Gazpacho

Ingredients

950 ml tomato juice
1 onion
300 gr tomatoes
140 gr green pepper
5 ml honey
1 clove garlic
1 cucumber
2 scallions
1/2 lime
1/2 lemon
30 ml wine vinegar
2 gr both tarragon
1 gr cumin
7 gr parsley
1 ml sauce
30 ml olive oil

Instructions

x Salt/pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and puree if desired. Chill for 2 hours.
