Georgia Cucumber Jelly
Ingredients
6 cucumbers
3 packages gelatin
600 ml water
60 ml apple cider vinegar
2 gr onion
1 gr salt
2 green food coloring
34 gr pimientos
8 1/2 individual molds
4 ring mold
Instructions
firm. Serve as jelly as accompaniment to cold meat or fish.
