German Apple Cake

Ingredients

1 1/4 bake it all mix
1 egg
65 gr granulated sugar
60 ml milk
55 gr brown sugar packed
3 gr cinnamon
3 apples

Instructions

*3 medium, pared and cored Break egg into bowl; beat. Blend in granulated sugar and milk. Add 1 cup Mix. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Pour batter into an 20 cm round cake pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.

Blend quarter cup Mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture over batter. Arrange apple slices in rows on top. Sprinkle remaining mixture over apples. Bake in a 180ÂșC . oven about 40 minutes. 20 cm round cake Recipe By :
