German Chocolate Pound Cake

Ingredients

130 gr german chocolate squares
400 gr sugar
375 gr flour sifted with
2 ml soda
1 gr salt
9 gr vanilla
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
240 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Partially melt chocolate over hot water. Remove and stir rapidly until entirel y melted. Cool. Cream sugar and oleo. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Th en flour mixture. Stir in chocolate until blended.

Bake at 300-325 degrees for 1.5 hours in greased and floured bundt pan. Remo ve from pan and place under tight cover until thoroughly cold.
