Gf Gene's Basic Rice Bread

Ingredients

240 ml gluten free buttermilk
55 gr butter
5 ml rice vinegar
4 gr salt
250 gr brown rice flour
40 gr potato starch flour
40 gr tapioca flour
50 gr sugar
3 1/2 xanthan gum
3 eggs
120 ml water
18 gr dry yeast
1 well with a whisk
1/2 dry ingredients in the bread
65 gr rice flour with another gluten-free flour

Instructions

blue corn flour, polenta meal, or soy flour. * You can add at least quarter cup grated cheddar cheese for a new flavor. * Saute some onions in the melted butter, allow them to cool, then add them and your favorite herbs to create an onion/herb bread.
