Gf Gingersnaps

Ingredients

55 gr margarine
100 gr sugar
30 ml molasses
1 egg
65 gr soya flour
32 gr cornstarch
32 gr potato starch flour
1 gr salt
5 gr baking soda
1 gr ginger
1 gr cinnamon

Instructions

This is a special recipe made without gluten. Preheat oven to 180ºC . Sift dry ingredients together. Cream margarine and sugar together thoroughly. Beat in egg and molasses. Add flour mixture. Mix well. Drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to dozen minutes. Makes 40 cookies. 2 cookies per serving: -20ºC ruit/vegetable choice, -20ºC at
