Giant Honey & Oat Cookies

Ingredients

300 gr sugar
140 gr shortening
160 ml honey
3 egg whites
650 gr quick-cooking
250 gr flour
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Mix sugar, shortening, honey and egg whites in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by level quarter cupfuls about 8 cm apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until edges are light brown (centers will be soft). Cool 3 to 4 minutes; remove from cookies sheet. Cool on wire rack
