Ginger-soy Marinade

Ingredients

60 ml cider vinegar
30 ml low sodium soy sauce
2 green onion
16 gr gingerroot
60 ml orange juice concentrate
30 ml lomon juice

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use to marinate meat, fish, chicken for an hour or overnight, turning to coat from time to time.
