Ginger-molasses Skillet Cake

Ingredients

170 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr baking soda
3 gr ginger
1 gr salt
1 gr coarsely pepper
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr allspice
220 gr dark brown sugar
65 gr butter
10 ml unsulphered molasses
160 ml milk
2 gr vanilla extract
36 gr pine nuts
240 ml cream
120 ml sour cream
220 gr brown sugar
160 ml molasses
28 gr butter
30 ml molasses in
12 cast iron skille place the skillet in the oven to melt the butter

Instructions

continue beating until stiff. Serve the cake warm from the skillet. Pass the whipped cream separately.
