Ginger And Peach Chicken

190 gr peach
3 gr cornstarch
2 gr gingerroot
1 gr salt
120 ml water chestnuts
240 gr rice
140 gr pkg pea pods
200 gr total
65 gr stir in cornstarch

On a serving platter or 4 individual plates arrange rice, pea pods, and chicken.
